  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    We typically ship samples at the end of every week and aim for the shipment of all sample orders within 2 weeks. For all other orders, we communicate expected delays based on the order size. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with the track and trace information from our carrier.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN / EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED?
    If your order doesn’t meet expectations, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of delivery. In case of a damaged product, please email our team within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt at contact@studiogdb.nl with your order number and a picture for our insurance. We will send you a new product. In case of other reasons, our team is happy to discuss possibilities and provide you with all the necessary details. Please note that minor color differences between deliveries are expected. Small variances are not considered defects. Returning your order is at your own cost and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND?
    we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved (see WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?). If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@studiogdb.nl.
  • WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL I RECEIVE ALL OF THEM TOGETHER?
    Yes, we will ship them together.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED BUT THE ORDER STATUS OF MY PRODUCT SHOWS AS DELIVERED?
    Please email us at contact@studiogdb.nl with your order number so we can contact the carrier to find your order and/or find a suitable solution.
  • WHAT WILL MY TILES COME SHIPPED IN?
    Your tiles will be shipped in a box made out of cardboard. Our boxes are designed for international transport.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY ADDRESS?
    The cost of shipping depends on your location. You can see the shipping costs when checking out in our store. If you want more information about shipment costs for your order (not including samples), please get in touch at contact@studiogdb.nl.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
    You can use Credit Card, wire transfer, iDeal or Apple Pay.
  • WHAT ARE THE QUALITY CONTROL PRACTICES
    We manually inspect all of our products before packing and shipping.
  • WHAT STEPS DO WE TAKE TOWARDS (MORE) SUSTAINABLE OPERATIONS AND HOW DO WE MAKE SURE WE ARE A LOW-IMPACT PARTNER?
    Every tile we produce and every package we ship is connected to natural resources. We consider the environment with every decision we make, starting with a low impact business model centered around made-to-order products. We don’t stop there as every step in our operations is an opportunity to minimize impact, from simplifying packaging to recycling best practices (eg. we recycle all our glazing material). Last but not least we are in the process of adopting third-party verification as we believe industry-wide standards help move our industry forward.
